Contact As an OEM, we do realize it is our responsibility to service and repair any TC Sounds manufactured drivers, however we do not directly repair drivers that we manufactured for other brands expect for our own. For TC-built non TC-brand drivers, please contact the dealer or source you purchased them from. In other words, unless it is a TC Sounds brand driver, we may refuse to repair or recone the driver. Many of these drivers have replaceable top assemblies. For those drivers, unless impossible, we will only build and ship a replacement top assembly. For instructions how to remove the old and install the new top assembly, please call or email us. Shipping the driver to and from TC Sounds is unnecessary. We do realize many of our customers have many questions about our drivers, applications, design goals and systems requirements. We do our best to provide each customer with technical support, but please keep in mind, each application is unique and can take a tremendous amount of time. We first recommend that you sticky adhere to our standard enclosure and power suggestions as posted above. If you need advice beyond this, you may email us and we will do the best we can to provide you accurate information for your application. We will not recommend any particular brand of amplifier so please don’t ask. We will only recommend a given power load and possible EQ settings which may or may not be possible without discrete active EQ. ![]() |
